The hardest part about being a new mom is the lack of sleep. For months people constantly asked us “How is his sleep?” and the answer was always “Not great!” Now, Fitz is sleeping through the night but I still struggle with tiredness during the day. Even if I get 8 hours of sleep I still feel bone tired most days, usually around his nap time.
I went to the Dr., she drew my blood and was like, “You’re all good, just get some sleep, and watch your stress levels.” Exercising has helped a bit. What are your remedies, diet changes, or practices that have helped you work through the daytime drowsiness?
