I had Taco Bell today for the first time in like 20 years with my cool trendy start up coworkers. Apparently Taco Bell is in again. (Also- I tried hot cheetos last week-more on that later)
I haven’t eaten at TACO bell since freshman year of high school. Was it delicious? Absolutely! Was it worth it for what I call a The Supreme Crunch spiral I am currently in? No. Food impacts my mood so intensely and immediately. I guess this is what I needed to really move me towards my healthy new year eating goals. Do you have any new year eating goals? If so, how are you measuring them and actually making them happen?
